I had a really positive interaction with the customer service team. It’s super easy to get in touch with Mobisun using the phone number listed on their site. After placing my order, I received an email from the owner, which was a nice touch. I appreciate that their website shares details about the folks behind the company, including their LinkedIn profiles and all that. A key factor for me was knowing they’re a European/Dutch company; living in the Netherlands makes it simple to reach out if I run into any problems with the product. We sent the power station we ordered from Mobisun to my friends in Ukraine, who are dealing with major power shortages because of the Russian bombings. So far, it’s been a couple of weeks and everything’s working fine.

I placed an order and paid for shipping to Ukraine, specifically to a safe area where the post office operates. However, I found out that they don’t actually deliver to Ukraine. This was quite disappointing, especially since I really need a battery in case the Russians decide to target critical infrastructure again. I ended up having to arrange the delivery myself with multiple transfers. On the bright side, the product itself is top-notch. It would be helpful if you could update the website with accurate delivery information.

I recently picked up a 1500wh solar generator from Mobisun. The unit appears to be solid and well-made. I can't give it a full 5 stars yet since I haven't had the chance to test it out over a longer period...

I also want to mention that their customer service has been super quick and helpful. I accidentally got charged VAT even though I bought it from Norway, which is outside the EU. This meant I ended up being taxed twice.

Peter Klaren and the Mobisun team quickly addressed my concern and refunded the 21% VAT. In my opinion, a good company isn’t defined by never making mistakes but by how they respond when they do.

I ran into a connection problem between a solar panel and a power generator. The mobisun crew went above and beyond to fix the issue. Awesome work!

This thing works like a charm! It charges my 16" MacBook Pro at 100W just like it said it would.

I took the mobisun solar panel along on a bike trip through Morocco. It performed flawlessly for me, whether I had it set up still or attached to my tent-bag on the bike rack. It produced plenty of juice for my iPhone X and a Garmin GPS. What a fantastic panel! I also appreciated its design—lightweight with a zipped pocket on the back, and those 4 mounting holes in each corner! The only downside is that the 4 heavy-duty steel snap hooks are just too big and heavy!

Awesome item with speedy delivery. It was well packed and got here quicker than I thought.
